WORKSHOP
Saturday 16th March 11.30 - 1.30pm
Fancy Hot Yoga but want to start at the absolute beginning, learning the basics and gaining the confidence before unleashing yourself onto our full schedule?
Have you recently joined the studio but feel your practice could do with a little fine tuning?
Have you let your practice slip and want to start back with the help of a little refresher?
Our 2hr workshop will be taught in the heated studio and will perfectly equip you with the techniques to give you the confidence to develop your practice.
The first hour will be taught at room temperature, covering breathwork and posture alignment.
The last hour of the workshop we will introduce you to our beginners hot60 sequence, taught at 35° to give you a true hot yoga experience .
