Absolute Beginners/ Refreshers Workshop

Fancy Hot Yoga but want to start at the absolute beginning, learning the basics and gaining the confidence before unleashing yourself onto our full schedule?

This 2hr workshop costing only £25 will be taught in the heated studio and will perfectly equip you will the techniques to give you the confidence to develop your practice. The initial 1 hr will be taught at room temperature, covering breathwork and posture alignment. The last hr of the workhop  will introduce you to our beginners hot60 sequence, taught at 35° to give you a true hot yoga experience .

Each attendee will be given the opportunity to purchase one of our 10 class passes at 20% discounted price, available at the studio reception at the end of the workshop OR take advantage of our 30 day unlimited pass offer for new clients priced at £30.
