About the Event
We are very excited to be able to introduce this amazing course beginning on January 12th ending January 30th. We will be offering two 1 hour movement based classes per week with Liz Whitham - Simply Yoga LIVE on Tuesday at 7pm and a pre-recorded Pilates class will be sent out on Thursday at 6pm (both are suitable for all levels) and Alex Robson will be offering 2 x 2 hour group session on Saturday 16th and 30th from 1-3pm.
Alex is an experienced Coaching Psychologist who's work involves helping people to transform their health and wellbeing through neuropsychological and body-based approaches - you can read more about Alex's background below.
