About the Event
We are very excited to be able to introduce this amazing course beginning on May 22nd ending June 12th. We will be offering two in person 1 hour movement based classes per week with Liz Whitham at The Mill Studios or Trybe Preston (if you cannot make it to one of Liz's classes we can arrange for you to attend a differnent non heated class instead) and Alex Robson will be offering 2 x 2 hour group session on Saturday 22nd May and the 5th of June from 1-3pm.
Alex is an experienced Coaching Psychologist who's work involves helping people to transform their health and wellbeing through neuropsychological and body-based approaches - you can read more about Alex's background below.
