Christmas Candlelight Yin

Join Madeline for 1.5 hours of Candle lit yin yoga where we will join together to relax into a nourishing practice. Take time out to unwind and be guided through a full body experience to release tension, work deeper into the connective tissues of the body and calm the mind.

Yin yoga allows us the opportunity to slow down and tune inwards, becoming more aware of subtle sensations. We will use blocks and bolsters to support the body, providing you with the choice to go a little deeper in a posture or be 'held' be the props.
