Metal and Water Elements Yin workshop with Kelly Reunzilli | Saturday 10th  October 3 - 5.30pm

Letting go of the spring and summer of an unusual year we enter the cooler months that are usually a time of reflection and hibernation. During this Yin workshop we focus on letting go and giving gratitude of what we have here and now, finding peace and acceptance of what is.

The elements we work with are Metal and Water, which are associated with these seasons. They help us release any grief and fear whilst drawing in courage and restoring a sense of calm.

A relaxing 2.5 hr's of calming words, poetry, quietude and soothing sounds.
