Gong Soundbath with Martyn Cawthorne

Join us for a blissful and healing Gong Sound Bath - meditate in the powerful energising vibrations of the beautiful Gongs from Martyn Gong Spa on Saturday 26th  September.

The Gong Spas that Martyn delivers are incredibly powerful and transformative. He has a fantastic calming presence, and his musical creativity is healing and restorative.  Gongs and Himalayan singing bowls are ancient instruments used for meditation and spiritual practice in order to awaken us to our inner nature, to harmonise the inner with the outer, our practice with our lives.  Through the powerful vibrations, the sublimely pure and majestic sounds and the rich and complex harmonies of these wonderful instruments, our relationship with our minds can be set at ease, our consciousness can become reflective of the present moment and we can know ourselves, and thus, all existence.  This will be a beautiful opportunity to truly relax and restore with a powerful meditative experience.
