Join Natalie on the mat as she guides you through some of the tools and techniques for different beginners meditations.
The beauty of this practice is we will explore meditations you can practice when you are showering, walking or jogging, If you’re standing in a line and ones you can even practice with the kids.
Get comfy and cozy dedicating an hour and half to yourself exploring gently opening yin postures, breathing techniques preparing the body and mind for stillness and finishing with a guided yoga nidra.
