About the Event
Join Lisa for our first 4 week Mum and Baby Pilates course! The perfect way to reconnect with your body after birth, to have some time with your little one and meet other new mums. The classes are designed for the postnatal period once you are 6 wk post birth or you have been told it is safe for you to exercise. During the pregnancy and birth our bodies have been through huge changes - connecting with your body, breath and mind afterwards are so important, at the studio our expert teacher Lisa will guide you through a series safe and effective exercises which will help begin the process of recovery from pregnancy and birth. Your little one, up to crawling age, is welcome to be there (though the class is focused on mum) in a car seat or suitable safe carrier/seat.
For our first 4 week course we are have a special introductary price of £25! Our course begins on the 4th of Nov and runs through to the 25th Nov.
The classes are held each Thursday from 11.30am-12.30pm. The course is booked as a whole 4 week block, individual sessions are non transferrable.
