Deep dive into the ultimate Yang/ Yin Practice.

This workshop will begin with Pranayama breath work then launch into a 90 minute energising Rocket 2 Sequence with a creative edge. There will be extra time to explore and break down arm balances throughout.  

Rocket yoga is a practice rooted in Ashtanga Yoga, created by Larry Schultz, who set out to create a more accessible, intuitive sequence. A practice said to “get you there faster”… where? Is up to you. A liberating and empowering practice that may just take you somewhere you’ve never been before… 

The practice will end with Yin and Yoga Nidra, slowly descending into a place of surrender and stillness to help restore balance within the mind and body.

All abilities welcome though some experience of yoga is advised.
