About the Event
We are delighted to welcome you to our Open Weekend Event running from the 12th - 14th November. Whether you're new to yoga and Pilates or an experienced practioner, there is something for everyone to try!
Everyone is welcome to book on to one class in studio 1 and one class in studio 2, bring a friend or family member to help spread the love!
HOT YOGA CLASSES -
9.30am - Hot Flow
11am - Hot Yoga Beginners
10am - Hot Yoga Strong
For our hot classes please book through studio 1 - BOOK NOW
NON HEATED CLASSES -
6pm - Yin Yoga
9.30 - 10.15am - Pilates All Levels
11.15am - 12pm - Hatha Yoga for all
1.15pm - 2pm - Pilates for Menopause
For all other classes please book through studio 2 - BOOK NOW
