The Mill Opening Weekend

 We are delighted to offer a range of classes over both days in our beautiful studios, there really is something for everyone to try - our fantastic teachers will guide you through each class whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner.

We are very proud of the work that has gone in to making The Mill Studios what it is today, it's been a rollercoaster of a journey, much building work had to be completed to create the incredible space that we have now.

Through our many years of teaching we have built great relationships within the Yoga and Pilates community which has enabled us to create a diverse timetable.
