About the Event
Join us for our monthly Therapeutic Yoga class with Liz, you will be led through a soothing practice designed to encourage your body and mind to unwind, de-stress and rest. There will be simple functional asana, breathwork and meditation... our minds and lives can feel very busy and this class is the perfect opportunity for you to step aside from those sensations in a calm, safe space. This class can be booked through the schedule for studio 2 using existing class passes or as a drop in.
If you are a new cleint to studio 2 you can try this class for free if you book before the end of Nov!
