You will be led through a soothing practice designed to encourage your body and mind to unwind, de-stress and rest. There will be simple functional asana, breathwork and meditation... our minds and lives can feel very busy and this class is the perfect opportunity for you to step aside from those sensations in a calm, safe space.
This course runs each Thursday from Jan 6th-Jan 27th 6-7pm, the investment is £30. The course is the perfect way to commit some time to yourself and to practice in the safe calm environment of our beautiful boutique studio here at the Mill Studios.
