Winter Immune Boost Evening
Join me for an evening of Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing at beautiful Mill Studios in Bolton.
Winter is a time when we can often feel more tired, run down and be more susceptible to illness so our focus for this event will be boosting our Immune Systems and also the importance of taking rest. Through the course of the afternoon we will enjoy magical Kundalini Kriyas, Pranayamas and Meditations to keep your immune system strong and build disease resistance - detoxifying the body, purifying the lungs and cleansing the bloodstream leaving you feeling revitalised.
Nesting down to take deep rest with seasonal yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) and the healing sounds of crystal bowls to complete the afternoon!
Evening will include:-
Kundalini Yoga to strengthen immune system;
Dancing and Shaking to move stagnant energy Meditations and Pranayama to build disease resistance;
Yoga Nidra and Crystal Bowl Sound Healing to deeply rest and restore;
Nourishing Herbal Tonic and Snack will be served in break;
Please bring your own mat and equipment - cushion to sit on, wear warm layers and bring a blanket for the Yoga Nidra, plus water to drink.
