Yoga Teacher Training Course 2026

Over the past decade, between Trybe Hot Yoga Studio and The Mill Studios Bolton, our teacher training company Pure Yoga Teacher Training, has quietly and consistently become a place of deep learning, transformation, and community. This October 2026, we are incredibly proud to be offering our 10th 200-Hour Vinyasa Flow Yoga Alliance–approved Teacher Training Course — a milestone that reflects years of dedication, integrity, and heartfelt teaching.

This training will run over 12 weekends across 9 months, allowing the process to unfold gradually and sustainably alongside your everyday life. Rather than rushing the experience, we create space for learning to integrate — physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically — so that yoga becomes something you truly live, not just something you study.
