My passion for yoga begins with the fact that it holds no barriers. Anyone can practice yoga regardless of their gender, age, size, ability or fitness. It is important to me that yoga is inclusive as its benefits, once integrated in our lives are countless from birth and beyond. It was this belief that inspired me to complete my 200 hour Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teacher training in 2017 to enable me to share this beautiful practice. 


In my vinyasa flow classes I love to be playful, creating sequences which combine a mindful dance between breath and movement. I later went on to study to teach pregnancy and postnatal yoga in order to further support and empower women during this transformational time in their lives. Most recently I have trained in the science of slow yoga, a more therapeutic practice to counter our fast-paced lifestyles. My aim is that you step off your mat feeling energised, nourished and balanced.
