In 2016 I accepted a life changing challenge to run The London Marathon & raise money for Bolton Hospice. I was not a runner and with only 11 weeks to advance from 0 to 26.2 miles I had to keep my body and mind in good health... and so came this incredible practice called ‘YOGA’.

I crossed the finish line in London & my yoga journey began. I enrolled onto my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Course in Sheffield with tutor Pradeep Teotia and have been teaching since. I love the body & how it works. Yoga allows us to be inquisitive about ourselves, about who we are, how we feel and how we move; It’s incredibly important to move our bodies well, to find our end range of movement and be strong there, to challenge ourselves yet be guided as to what’s helpful for our bodies & what’s not.

My teaching style is a fusion of a Traditional Vinyasa Flow and Functional movement. I will be opening the Week with a ‘Motivating’ Monday Morning Flow and closing the Working Week on Friday evenings with a perfect practice to unwind from the working week & energise for the weekend ahead.

Prepare for meditation, pranayama, asana practice, core stability, spine health & functional movement. I look forward to exciting times and our practice together at The Mill.
