Two separate contemporary yet non-pretentious studio spaces allowing you to be inspired to improve your physical, emotional and spiritual self. Studio1 is our dedicated hot yoga studio were we offer Bikram, Vinyasa Flow, Hot 60 and warm Yin. Studio 2 is our non heated yoga studio offering Pregnancy Yoga, Pilates, Hatha Yoga, Post Natal and more......
Fully fitted with changing rooms, showers and ample onsite parking!

Our 2021 workshop calendar is now LIVE on our website. If you have credits from workshops affected by lockdown and you're ready to reschedule, please get in touch via email. Any class passes that have expired during lockdown will also be extended prior to the studio re-opening on the 17th.
As we welcome you all back to our studio there are some guidelines we would like you to have a read through before attending any of our face to face classes.

ARRIVING TO THE MILL STUDIOS
The Mill Studios - Unit 24, Halliwell Business Park, Rossini Street, Bolton, BL1 8DL
To arrive to The Mill Studios: From Halliwell Road make a turn on to Wapping Street (look out for the Lloyds Bank sign on the corner). Drive to the bottom of Wapping Street and you will see the big mill directly in front of you. Drive on to the mill car park. The studio is located at the left hand side of the Mill as you look at it, so park to this side of the car park. Walk up the side road to the left of the Mill, and you will see our banner, and the stairs to the entrance of the studios are right in front of you. Studio 1 - The hot yoga studio is located on the second floor, studio 2 - the non heated yoga and Pilates studio is located on first floor by the reception.

BEFORE ATTENDING THE STUDIO....
ARE MATS PROVIDED?
Mats are available for you to use in both the hot yoga studio and the non heated yoga and Pilates studio, however for all classes taught in the hot yoga studio, mats MUST be covered with a Hot Yoga towel, these can be purchased at reception. We also have a range of mats for sale should you wish to invest in your own.
DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?
Showers are located on the first floor of the studio. Clients are welcome to use the showering facilities at the end of the class but please be aware that everyone must leave the studio 30mins after the class has ended then we can lock up before the following class commences.
HOW DO YOU BOOK A CLASS?
You can pre-book online in both the hot yoga studio ( studio 1 ) and the non heated studio ( studio 2 ) either buy purchasing a Drop - In or by using our 10 class & 20 class passes. If you would prefer to simply just turn up and pay on the desk, this is also fine! Don't worry we have PLENTY OF SPACE, our studio can hold up to 30 mats...... If the classes get busy we will simply add more!
ARE CLASSES TAUGHT IN THE HOT YOGA STUDIO SUITABLE FOR ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS?
Head to our class descriptions page where you will find classes suitable for ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS too ADVANCED. It will also tell you how long is each class and what to expect from each different style.
ARE OUR CLASSES MIXED?
We have both mixed class and classes for women only running on our schedules in the hot yoga studio and in the non heated yoga and pilates studio. Any classes for WOMEN ONLY will be labelled as such on the booking system.
ARE OUR CLASSES SUITABLE FOR ALL RELIGIONS?
We want our students from all religious backgrounds to feel at ease practicing at our studio . Please head to our class descriptions to find out more. HOW DO I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE CLASSES BOOKED ONLINE?
All classes pre-book online can be cancelled or rescheduled without charge 2 hours prior to the start of the class in both the hot yoga studio and the non heated yoga and pilates studio. Please log onto your mind body account online. These changes can't be made by emailing the studio.
HOW SOON CAN YOU TURN UP TO THE STUDIO PRIOR TO CLASS & WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU ARRIVE LATE?
The studio is open 20 minutes prior to the start of any scheduled class. All classes start on time and the doors are locked promptly 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. Any pre-booked late arrivals will be charged. Please ensure you leave enough time to arrive, park up and change then you don't disturb the start of the class. It is not possible to enter a class in either the hot yoga studio or the non heated yoga and pilates studio once the classes have started out of respect for the other clients.
IS THERE PARKING ONSITE?
We have a huge flood lit car park, don't worry we have plenty of space.
CAN I USE MY CLASS PASSES TO BOOK ONTO NON HEATED CLASS IN STUDIO 2?
Studio 1- the hot yoga studio & studio 2 - the non heated yoga and Pilates studio are owned and managed by two separate companies so unfortunately bookings must be taken separately on a different MINDBODY studio accounts.
HOW DO I BOOK WORKSHOP?
All workshops and events held in studio 1- the hot yoga studio, can be found on the home page of the website. At the bottom of the event description you will find a link to the MINDBODY booking system where you can purchase tickets by using the arrow keys to scroll to the correct date. All workshops have a 7 day cancellation policy.
CAN I PRACTICE HOT YOGA WHILST PREGNANT?
Unfortunately the answer is NO to any class taught in the hot yoga studio..... but we have plenty of NON HEATED class suitable in studio 2 downstairs!
CAN I PRACTICE YOGA AND PILATES WHILST PREGNANT?
Yes you can, we have both Pregnancy Yoga and Pregnancy Pilates courses available, it may also be possible for you to attend other classes on the timetable, we recommend that you contact us for advise as to which classes might be best suited/appropriate.

Weekly pilates with Hayley has quite literally change my life. My life before pilates involved high doses of prescribed painkillers and daily agony cause by trapped and bulging vertebrae. I have been a life long visitor to physios, chiropractors, osteopaths and alternative medicine providers all of which made very little difference. Since developing pilates skills with Hayley I have not taken any medication for over 6 months and all my pain has disappeared which I never thought possible. Hayley's classes are clear and concise, offering options to all abilities unlike any other online classes I've previously come across which are over complicated with fancy tricks that the average person will never be able to do. Thank you Hayley, I will forever be a life long participant whether it be in the studio, at home or on holiday.....
Absolutely loved Natalie's flow class. I was a little unsure about taking part in an online class as I much prefer to be in a studio setting, but I felt like there was just me and Nat in the room and it allowed me be focused and present in my practice. Nat has the ability to make you feel calm even when at your most anxious, with her calming and comforting voice along with her little snippets of wisdom which brings a sense of connection as people resonate with her words.
I always look forward to the creativity of Madeline's classes. Just when you think you know where the flow/practice is heading, she introduces an extra layer and you find yourself in a new, unexpected place.
Madeline's flows/practice offer playful challenges, guiding you to discover new capabilities within yourself.
Liz is a brilliant teacher - explains everything really clearly and gives alternatives for those of us who are not as strong/supple as others

Tracey brings warmth and fun to my practice even through the screen. Tracey always has a theme to her classes, which keeps me interested and motivated to do more. The hour or two I spend with Tracey is one of the highlights of my week!
Natalie is an amazing teacher, I never miss her flow and yin classes, in fact, at the moment I am also doing the repeats that are available too.
I particularly love the themes that Natalie uses in the classes they are always unique and encompass all elements of the breath, body and mind.
The flow classes are incredibly innovative, she challenges you but in such a way that you don’t realise until you’ve actually achieved.
Yin classes leave you feeling relaxed, rested and restored.
Natalie’s personality shines through her teaching and she is an absolute joy share your practice with.

I'm really enjoying the online pilates classes with Hayley - the class structure builds up the effort progressively, and every session provides variety and challenge. Hayley's instruction is very clear, friendly and motivating. I'll keep coming back!
